高中部社团招新圆满落幕

The Recruitment Event for High School Club

9月17日下午，高中部成功举办了本学年首次社团招新活动。本次招新以“展现社团风采，汇聚志趣相投”为主题，为各社团搭建了展示平台，也帮助同学们深入了解社团文化，找到兴趣相投的伙伴。

On the afternoon of September 17th,the high school department successfully held the first club recruitment event of this academic year.With the theme of"Showcasing Club Charms and Gathering Like-minded Friends",this recruitment event provided a platform for each club to display themselves and also helped students gain a deeper understanding of club culture and find like-minded companions.

活动现场气氛热烈，各社团通过海报展示、照片墙、音乐表演、机器人及无人机演示等多种形式吸引同学驻足。社团核心成员和指导老师耐心解答同学们的疑问，展现出良好的团队协作与服务意识。据初步统计，平均每个社团招募到10名新成员，超出预期目标。
Under the vivid atmosphere, each club attracted students' attention through various forms such as poster displays, photo walls, music performances, robot and drone demonstrations. Core members and advisors of the clubs patiently answered students' questions, demonstrating excellent teamwork and service awareness. According to preliminary statistics, on average, each club recruited 10 new members, exceeding the expected goal.

此次活动不仅增强了社团的凝聚力，也为校园文化注入了新的活力。同学们纷纷表示，通过互动体验对社团有了更深的了解，期待在接下来的活动中一展所长。

This event not only enhanced the cohesion of the clubs but also injected new vitality into the campus culture.Students expressed that through interactive experiences,they gained a deeper understanding of the clubs and were looking forward to showcasing their talents in the upcoming activities.

High School Student Council Recruitment and Election

9月24日晚，康礼迎来了一场充满活力与思想碰撞的盛会——新一届高中学生会招新竞选演讲。本次活动主要面向十年级和十一年级的同学，现场气氛热烈，充分展现了康礼学生卓越的领导潜能与高度的责任感。

On the evening of September 24th,our school witnessed a vibrant and intellectually stimulating event-the recruitment and election speech for the new high school student council.This event was mainly aimed at students in grades 10 and 11.The atmosphere was lively,fully demonstrating the outstanding leadership potential and strong sense of responsibility of our students.

竞选通知一经发布，便得到了同学们的积极响应。大家踊跃报名，并以极高的热情投入到准备工作中。在演讲现场，可以看到竞选者们展现的自信与风采，以及他们为校园建设所付出的深思熟虑。每一位候选人都准备了思维缜密、诚意满满的演讲稿，并辅以设计精美、逻辑清晰的PPT演示。

As soon as the election notice was released,it received an enthusiastic response from the students.Many students signed up actively and threw themselves into the preparation work with great enthusiasm.At the speech site,we saw not only the confidence and charm of the candidates but also their well-considered efforts for the campus construction.Each candidate prepared a speech that was well-thought-out and full of sincerity,and supplemented it with a beautifully designed and logically clear PPT presentation.

这次竞选不仅是一次职位的角逐，更是一次理想的交流与能力的展示。我们欣喜地看到，同学们正主动接过责任的接力棒，渴望用行动为校园社区贡献自己的力量。他们的积极与认真，让我们有理由相信，新一届学生会必将充满创意与活力，带领全体同学共同创造一个更加精彩、包容和进步的校园环境！

This election is not merely a competition for positions;it is also an exchange of ideals and a showcase of abilities.We are delighted to see that students are taking the baton of responsibility voluntarily and are eager to contribute their strength to the campus community through actions.Their enthusiasm and dedication give us every reason to believe that the new student council will be brimming with creativity and vitality,leading all students to jointly create a more splendid,inclusive and progressive campus environment!

高中部全体集会启航新学期

High School Department First Assembly of the New Term

9月8日，高中部全体师生齐聚一堂，举行新学期第一次全体集会。活动在主持人张瀚予同学的开场中拉开序幕。12A班钟奕霏同学以《铭记历史，共创未来》为主题发表演讲，结合观看“9·3”大阅兵的感受，号召同学们肩负起传承民族精神、共创光明未来的责任。

On September 8th,all the teachers and students of the high school department gathered together for the first assembly of the new term.The event kicked off with an opening speech by Zhang Hanyu,the host.Zhong Yifei from Class 12A delivered a speech titled"Remembering History,Creating the Future",calling on the students to shoulder the responsibility of inheriting the national spirit and creating a bright future based on her feelings from watching the"September 3rd"military parade.

随后，人文组教师与十一、十二年级学长学姐们分别介绍了中文、艺术、心理学、美国历史等课程内容，帮助新生全面了解课程设置与能力培养方向。Matt James老师则详细讲解了模拟联合国社团的活动安排与招募计划。最后，刘鑫老师介绍了本学期CCA社团的组建与申报流程。

Subsequently,the teacher from the Humanities Group and senior students from grades 11 and 12 respectively introduced the course contents of Chinese,Art,Psychology,and American History,helping the freshmen have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and the direction of ability cultivation.Mr.Matt James then elaborated on the activity arrangements and recruitment plans of the Model United Nations club.Finally,Molly Liu introduced the process of forming and applying for CCA clubs this term.

本次集会有助于新生快速融入校园生活，增强凝聚力，也助力学生在新学期明确学术方向与成长路径。

This assembly helped the freshmen quickly integrate into campus life,enhance cohesion,and also assisted students in clarifying their academic directions and growth paths for the new term.

On September 15,the MYP department held a prestigious awards ceremony for the Subject Awards and Academic Excellence Awards,recognizing students who demonstrated outstanding performance in their studies.These students have fully embodied the qualities of IB learners through their solid subject knowledge,strong spirit of inquiry,and exceptional academic achievements.

The MYP department shone with brilliance,brimming with passion and intellectual vitality.The highly anticipated election for the new Student Council was held in grand fashion,bringing together candidates from different grade levels in a vibrant contest of talent and leadership.At the venue,each candidate confidently took the stage to deliver heartfelt and visionary speeches focused on the responsibilities of the Student Council and their aspirations for the future.They not only shared their enthusiasm for service and their unique strengths but also proposed a range of practical and actionable initiatives.

最考验候选人临场应变与思考深度的，莫过于由评委老师主导的答辩环节。 评委们围绕IB学习者素养、团队协作、执行力等关键能力，提出了许多富有挑战性的问题，面对提问，候选人们沉着冷静，结合自身经历给出了真诚而独到的见解，他们缜密的逻辑和解决问题的务实态度，赢得了现场的阵阵掌声。
The most demanding part, which truly tested the candidates’ ability to think on their feet and the depth of their reasoning, was the Q&A session led by the panel of teacher judges. The judges posed a series of challenging questions focused on key competencies such as the IB Learner Profile, teamwork, and execution. In response, the candidates remained composed and thoughtful, drawing on their personal experiences to offer sincere and original insights. Their clear logic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving won repeated rounds of applause from the audience.

近日，康礼小学部温暖开启了本学期第一次家长会暨课程说明会。会上，老师们向家长详细介绍了本学期课程的升级与更新，解读了各学科的教学计划和班级育人目标。家长们认真聆听，深入了解学校的教育方向与课堂亮点。

On September 5,Codgel Cranleigh School PYP warmly held its first Parent Meeting and Curriculum Briefing of the semester.During the meeting,teachers introduced the curriculum upgrades and updates for this term in detail,explaining the teaching plans of each subject as well as the educational goals for each class.Parents listened attentively and gained a deeper understanding of the school’s educational direction and classroom highlights.

在这场双向奔赴的相遇中，家长们更加了解了学校的教育理念，老师们也感受到了来自家庭的支持与信任。新的学期，我们将携手并肩，守望每一份努力，见证每一份成长。
