璀璨北京之夜 | A Dazzling Gala Night in Beijing

2023年6月10日，耀中耀华教育网络在北京凯宾斯基酒店举行了庆祝耀中耀华90周年的庆典晚宴。近300名嘉宾出席晚宴，共同见证这一历史时刻。

耀中耀华学生和家长表演是整场晚宴的一大亮点，充分展现了耀中耀华学生的才能和创造力，同时也展现了家长对学校艺术教育的支持。舞者们翩翩起舞，乐手们悠扬奏乐，一次又一次将晚宴的气氛推向高潮。

Yew Chung Yew Wah Education Network (YCYW) marked a momentous occasion in celebration of its 90th anniversary with a Gala held at the Kempinski Hotel in Beijing on 10 June 2023 with nearly 300 guests gathered to bear witness to this historic milestone moment.

The student and parent performances were the highlights of the entire evening, showcasing a magnificent display of the diverse talents and creativity of the Yew Chung Yew Wah students, while also highlighting the unwavering support of parents towards arts education.

90名师生创吉尼斯世界纪录, 传承90年音乐启蒙初心

 New Guinness World Record set by YCYW

耀中耀华教育网络于5月11日在香港耀中国际学校中学部演奏厅举行“创造吉尼斯世界纪录TM——最多人参与的演奏小提琴视频接力”活动。

包括香港耀中国际学校在内的10所耀中耀华教育网络学校的师生参加了本次活动，每位参加者独奏小提琴30秒，内地校区的参加者通过线上视频接力形式进行。最终在认证官见证下，90名师生于1小时内完成创举，成功创造“最多人参与的演奏小提琴视频接力”吉尼斯世界纪录称号。

On 11 May, Yew Chung Yew Wah Education Network (YCYW) made an extraordinary achievement by setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM title for the “Most People in an Online Violin Playing Video Relay”.

The event took place at the Auditorium of the Yew Chung International School of Hong Kong (YCIS Hong Kong) Secondary Section, with 90 students and teachers from 10 YCYW schools participating in this remarkable feat. Each participant contributed a thirty-second violin solo in succession, along with students from the YCYW mainland schools who joined the relay online. The 90 participants completed their performances within an hour, thereby setting a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the “Most People in an Online Violin Playing Video Relay”.

I went to an incomparable brilliant concert last Saturday.

“上周六，我听了一场精彩的演奏会。 

在哪儿？ 

在我们家孩子的学校。 

而且，孩子学校里还有孩子们做的各类艺术作品作为拍品拍卖，款项会捐给中国当代艺术基金会，我还顺带买了一件我喜欢的拍品回来，来来来，给你看看。” 

这是耀华北京校区3年级的孩子家长和班主任的对话。家长掩盖不住对孩子在音乐会上的精彩表现的赞赏和喜悦。

“I went to an incomparable brilliant concert last Saturday.

Moreover, there were all kinds of art works that had made by the students in their school as charity art auction, and the money would be donated to the China Contemporary Art Foundation. I also bought an artwork I like, let me show you."

That was a conversation between parents and homeroom teachers of G3 children at YWIES Beijing Campus. The parents were so joyful towards their children's wonderful performance at the concert.
