在 2025 年世界学者杯（World Scholar’s Cup）上海区域轮中，上海阿德科特学校小学者们荣获6 枚金牌6 枚银牌，同时晋级全球轮！他们以稳定而卓越的表现，在多项核心赛事中全面开花，用成绩回应挑战，用实力赢得认可！

At the 2025 World Scholar’s Cup Shanghai Regional Round, young scholars from Adcote School Shanghai earned 6 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and secured qualification for the Global Round. With consistent and outstanding performances across multiple core events, they rose to the challenge and demonstrated their strength through results.

From November 28th to 29th, our six talented young scholars from Shanghai Adcote shone brightly at the 2024–2025 World Scholar Cup Regional Round!

在激烈的角逐中，我校学子展现了非凡的智慧与团队精神。
In a super competitive environment, our students showed awesome smarts and amazing teamwork. 

由袁子懿、孙睿、翟俪欣三位同学组成的核心团队，在学者碗团体赛中斩获第九名佳绩，荣膺金奖；在团队辩论赛中，她们同样发挥出色，夺得银奖。
The core team made up of Dora, Roxana, and Janine rocked the Scholar's Bowl Competitionby scoring 9th place and got a gold medal. They did great in the team debates too, bringing home a silver medal. 

该团队凭借在四项主要团体赛事中的卓越表现，总积分超过20,000分，直通2026年世界学者杯全球轮。
With their outstanding performance across four main team events, they accumulated over 20,000 points, earning a direct ticket to the 2026 WSC Global Round!

与此同时，在个人项目中阿德小学者们同样风采卓越：孙睿同学在个人辩论和科学学科问答获得银奖，翟俪欣、袁子懿在创意写作赛场上分别收获银奖和金奖；
Individually, Adcote young scholars also stood out big time: Roxana got silver gold in both debate and the subject quiz; Janine and Dora scored silver and gold respectively in the Collaborative Writing Competition.

李明洋、戚凯仰同学在两日赛程中力压群雄，因个人贡献积分超过5000分，分别位列全场小学者中第二名和第六名，获得阿西莫夫奖金牌表彰。
Meanwhile, Kilig and Tim both scored over 5,000 personal points in the 2-day event and placed 2nd and 6th in the senior team, and received the Asimov gold medals.

指导教师GiGi 老师充分肯定了同学们在本次赛事中取得的成绩，也特别提到，这份成果来自长期而扎实的准备。

Ms. GiGi praised the students for their strong results at the competition and noted that these achievements were built on consistent and thorough preparation.

她认为，学生们在高强度赛程中展现出的专注度、协作意识与执行力，是支撑稳定发挥的关键。正是对每一个环节的认真对待，才让他们在国际赛场上交出了有说服力的结果。

She highlighted their focus, teamwork, and execution under pressure as key factors behind their performance. It was their attention to every detail, she remarked, that allowed them to deliver convincing results on an international stage.

世界学者杯（World Scholar’s Cup，简称 WSC）是一项由耶鲁大学发起并提供学术支持的国际学术赛事，面向全球中学生开展。赛事以跨学科挑战为核心，通过辩论、写作与团队竞赛等形式，重点培养学生的批判性思维、表达能力与团队协作精神，被广泛视为通向国际学术舞台的重要起点。

The World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) is an international academic competition for secondary school students, initiated and academically supported by Yale University. Through interdisciplinary challenges such as debate, writing, and team competitions, WSC focuses on developing critical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration, serving as a meaningful gateway to global academic engagement.
