Open the door of Shuren Play & Learn Center, and you will witness such scenes: Children stand on tiptoe to retrieve the pink tower teaching aids from a tall cabinet and concentrate on stacking the cubes from largest to smallest; they independently carry over a work mat to practice matching numbers with quantities in the "Bank Game"; they squat in the plant corner, observing leaf veins with magnifying glasses and quietly recording their observation notes. Here, there is no urging or interference—only a respected rhythm of exploration and a protected glow of growth.

树人幼儿成长中心采用蒙台梭利教育理念,构建“有准备的环境”。所有教具按生活、感官、数学、语言、科学五大区域有序陈列,高度符合幼儿身高与操作习惯。

 

 

Shuren Play & Learn Center adopts the Montessori educational philosophy to create a "prepared environment." All teaching materials are systematically displayed across five designated areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, and Science, with their arrangement and height meticulously tailored to suit young children's stature and operational habits.

木质、玻璃、陶瓷等材质的教具兼具美感与功能性,每件物品都暗藏“错误控制”设计:比如圆柱体插座的尺寸差异、串珠的数字对应,让幼儿在自主操作中自我修正,无需教师即时评判。

 

Teaching aids made of wood, glass, ceramic, and other materials combine aesthetic appeal with functionality. Each item incorporates subtle "error control" designs: for instance, the varying sizes of cylinder sockets and the numerical correspondence of beaded strings. These features enable children to self-correct during independent exploration, eliminating the need for immediate teacher evaluation.

这种环境设计,正是秩序感的隐秘课堂——幼儿在寻找、取放、归位的过程中,自然形成“从哪里来,回哪里去”的内在规则。

This kind of environmental design serves as a hidden classroom for fostering a sense of order—through the processes of searching, picking up, placing, and returning items to their proper places, young children naturally develop an internalized rule of "coming from where, going back to where."

家长惊喜地说:“以前孩子玩玩具总是三分钟热度,现在回家后能专注地搭半小时积木,还会主动把玩具归位!”

自主选择:专注力的生长土壤

教师会提前观察幼儿的最近发展区:当连续几天选择粉红塔时,教师会适时引入棕色梯,引导他发现三维体积的渐变规律;

当频繁更换教具时,教师会通过“工作周期”示范——从取教具、铺工作毯、专注操作到归位的完整流程,帮助她建立“深度工作”的节奏。

Teachers will proactively observe a child's zone of proximal development: when a child chooses the pink tower for some days, the teacher will timely introduce the brown stair to guide them in discovering the gradual pattern of three-dimensional volume changes; 

when a child frequently switches between teaching materials, the teacher will demonstrate the "work cycle"—a complete process encompassing selecting teaching aids, laying out a work mat, engaging in focused operation, and returning items to their proper places—to help her establish a rhythm of "deep work."

这种“规则内的自由”,让幼儿在安全边界内学会为选择负责,而持续20-30分钟的专注操作,正是大脑前额叶发育的黄金训练。


This kind of "freedom within rules" enables young children to learn responsibility for their choices within safe limits, and the sustained focused operation lasting 20-30 minutes serves as a golden training opportunity for the development of the brain's prefrontal cortex.

蒙氏环境中的“独立”渗透在每个细节:幼儿自己穿脱围裙、整理教具、擦拭洒出的水;植物角的浇水、擦叶子等日常照护,被设计成可独立完成的“工作”。

Independence in the Montessori environment permeates every detail: young children dress and undress their aprons, organize teaching materials, and wipe up spilled water by themselves; during meals, such as watering and wiping leaves, are designed as "work" that can be accomplished independently.
