入围哈佛全球论坛 苏州北美学子CTB论坛初露锋芒

3月15日——3月17日,为期三天的第12届CTB青年研究创新论坛在上海举办。竞争激烈的大赛中,苏州北美国际高级中学三只代表队在项目展览会上与百余支队伍同台竞技,展露出卓越实力,他们凭借优异实力与创新精神,以精彩讲解与深度答辩的高水平技艺,成功在紧张的线下论文环节晋级。

From March 15th to March 17th,the three-day 12th CTB Youth Research and Innovation Forum was held in Shanghai.In the fiercely competitive competition,three representative teams from Suzhou North America International High School showcased outstanding strength at the project exhibition,competing with over a hundred teams.With excellent capabilities and innovative spirit,they demonstrated high-level skills through fantastic presentations and in-depth defenses,successfully advancing in the intense offline paper session.

在本次论坛上尤为可喜的是,我们的校队在《通过“医教融合”和手机智能化系统提高青少年脊柱侧弯筛查效率》与《海宁硖石灯彩的传承现状及策略分析》两大项目上,成功晋级前10%,最终受邀入围哈佛全球论坛。充分肯定了我们学生团队的努力与成绩,我们深感骄傲并充满期待,相信他们将以更高的学术造诣和团队协作精神,在全球论坛上展现中国学生的风采。同时,苏州北美国际高级中学获得了“CTB示范学校”之荣誉。

At this forum,it is particularly gratifying that our school team excelled in the projects“Improving the Efficiency of Adolescent Scoliosis Screening through the Integration of“Medical-Education”and Smartphone Intelligent System”and“The Current Situation and Strategic Analysis of the Inheritance of Haining Xiashe Lantern Festival,”successfully advancing to the top 10%.They were ultimately invited to participate in the Harvard Global Forum,which fully recognizes the efforts and achievements of our student team.We are deeply proud and full of expectations,believing that they will showcase the academic accomplishments and teamwork spirit of Chinese students at the global forum.Additionally,Suzhou North America International High School has been honored as a“CTB demonstratio School.”

另外,由王思淇、王婉婷、黄柳依、马沁旸、柳蔼伦、游心纶、马艺纯参赛的《关于高中生生命教育科普的创新型策略探究》项目获得超高人气奖。该项目通过多学科融合、实践研究和创新思维培养,让学生深入理解生命价值。

In addition, the project “Exploration of Innovative Strategies on Popularizing Life Education for High School Students” participated by Wang Siqi, Wang Wanting, Huang Liuyi, Ma Qinyang, Liu Ailun, You Xinlun, and Ma Yichun received the Popular Choice Award. This project, through interdisciplinary integration, practical research, and cultivation of innovative thinking, enables students to deeply understand the value of life.

在项目执行过程中,学生们进行了深入的探讨和分析,对高中生生命教育的现状和需求有了深刻理解,并创新提出四大实施方案,包括开发生命教育课程、开展校园心理咨询、建设青少年生命教育体验馆以及举办生命教育主题讲座,以助力青少年正确理解生命意义,树立积极的生死观,珍视生命、尊重生命。

During the project implementation process, the students engaged in in-depth discussions and analysis, gaining a profound understanding of the current status and needs of life education for high school students. They innovatively proposed four major implementation plans, including developing life education courses, offering campus psychological counseling, establishing a youth life education experience center, and organizing life education themed lectures. These initiatives aim to help teenagers understand the meaning of life correctly, cultivate a positive outlook on life and death, cherish life, and respect life.

“高中生生命教育的现状与需求一直备受关注。随着青少年的身体与心理逐渐走向成熟,他们对生命的理解和尊重也显得更为重要。”项目成员王思淇说,“在当前的教育体系中,生命教育并未得到充分的重视。许多高中生在青春期可能会面临诸如人际关系、自我认同、心理压力等问题,这些问题若得不到有效的引导和处理,可能会导致不良后果。因此,我们需要全面审视高中生生命教育的现状和需求。”

“High school students’ life education status and needs have always been a focus of attention. As teenagers’ physical and psychological aspects gradually mature, their understanding of and respect for life become increasingly important,” said project member Wang Siqi. “In the current education system, life education has not received sufficient attention. Many high school students may face issues such as interpersonal relationships, self-identity, and psychological pressure during adolescence. If these issues are not effectively guided and addressed, they may lead to adverse consequences. Therefore, we need to comprehensively examine the current status and needs of life education for high school students.”

 


“在现有的高中教育课程中,很少有专门的生命教育课程或项目,相关的教育内容也相对缺乏。”项目成员王婉婷经过调研发现,很多家长对生命教育的认识和重视程度也有待提高。一些家长认为,孩子的学习成绩和升学率才是最重要的,而忽视了生命教育对于孩子成长的重要性。因此,家长也需要转变观念,积极参与孩子的生命教育,与学校、社会形成有效的教育合力。

“After researching, project member Wang Wanting found that there are few specialized life education courses or projects in the current high school education curriculum, and the related educational content is relatively lacking. Many parents also need to increase their understanding and emphasis on life education. Some parents believe that their children’s academic performance and admission rates are the most important, overlooking the importance of life education for their children’s growth. Therefore, parents also need to change their mindset, actively participate in their children’s life education, and form effective educational synergy with schools and society.”

 


“社会对于生命教育的关注和支持也需加强。生命教育需要社会各界的共同努力,政府、媒体、企业等都应承担起相应的责任。”项目成员黄柳依希望社会组织和志愿者也可以在生命教育的推广和实施中发挥重要作用。

“Society’s attention and support for life education also need to be strengthened. Life education requires the joint efforts of all sectors of society, and the government, media, enterprises, and others should all shoulder their respective responsibilities,” said project member Huang Liuyi. Huang hopes that social organizations and volunteers can also play an important role in the promotion and implementation of life education."
