大家好!我是来自八年级A班的夏婉欣。很荣幸站在这里和大家一起分享“心理健康”这个话题。
作为中学生,我们面临着许多挑战和压力,例如学业压力、成长的困惑等等。这些压力在不同层面可能会给我们的心理带来负面影响,如何面对这些问题,保持健康的心理呢?
谈这个问题之前我们需要了解什么是“心理健康”,心理健康是指心理的各个方面及活动过程处于一种良好或正常的状态。我觉得保持心理健康最重要的应该是要有平和乐观的态度和坚韧顽强的意志。
在我们的学习生活中,保持平和乐观的态度,可以使我们长时间处在一种情绪稳定思路清晰的健康状态之中。如何保持平和乐观的心态呢?我觉得首先要正确看待学习压力,正确看待成功失败,不应因为自己某次的失利而懊恼,而应反思自己的学习过程是否努力和尽心;另外,也可以多阅读,不要让自己沉浸在虚幻的网络空间之中,学会正确面对现实的种种问题,才能保持一种良好的形态,让自己的心理处于一种健康的状态之中。
其次,我们要正确认识学习、生活中的困难和挫折,培养自己的受挫能力,让自己的心理变强大,你才能有一个健康的心理。
压力是我们生活中不可避免的一部分,学会承受压力,面对压力,做生活压力的抗争者,而不是逃避者,才能拥有积极健康的心理。同时我们也可以通过一些方法来化解它。例如,我们可以通过运动、听音乐、与朋友交流等方式来释放压力。此外,我们还可以学习一些放松和调节情绪的技巧,如深呼吸、冥想和积极思考等。这些方法可以帮助我们更好地管理压力,保持良好的心理状态。
另外,我们要建立良好的支持体系,泄导负面情绪,以便建立良好的心理健康体系。遇到困难、挫折,或者失败、痛苦,我们可以与家人、朋友和老师进行交流,分享我们的感受和困惑。他们凭借自己的经验可以给予我们支持、理解和建议。此外,我们还可以参加学校组织的心理健康活动,与志同道合的人一起分享经验和学习如何保持心理健康。
最后,我们要培养积极的心态和乐观的态度。面对困难和挑战,我们要相信自己的能力,坚持努力并寻找解决问题的方法。同时,我们要学会接受失败和挫折,并从中吸取经验教训。只有保持积极的心态,我们才能更好地面对生活中的各种挑战。
在结束之前,我想告诉大家,关注和维护心理健康是我们每个人的责任。我们要学会照顾自己的情绪和心灵,关心他人的心理健康。只有在一个关爱和尊重心理健康的环境中,我们才能更好地成长和发展。

I’m Helena from Grade 8. It’s a great pleasure for me to deliver a speech on mental health today.
Last week, there were a wide range of activities on mental health held on campus. All the students were fully engaged in projects on psychology such as workshops on emotional management and graffiti to voice their opinions. Thanks to these wonderful activities, students can blow off some steam, find an emotional outlet and become less depressed and stressed. This successful event brings the importance of mental health to the attention of us.
Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being, yet it is often overlooked. We tend to focus on our physical health, but mental health is just as important as physical health. Good mental health is characterized by the ability to cope with daily challenges, maintain relationships, and enjoy life. It is essential for our personal and professional success, as well as our overall quality of life. Poor mental health, on the other hand, can lead to a variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression, and addiction.
There are several ways to maintain good mental health. First, it is important to take care of our physical health. Exercise, nutrition, and sleep are all important for optimal mental health. We should also spare time for hobbies and interests, and practice relaxation techniques, such as meditation and yoga.
Another crucial component of mental health is social support. We need to maintain good relationships with friends, family and teachers. Try to look on the bright side when dealing with frustration. Armed with confidence and positive attitude, we can better conquer depression. We should seek support when we’re struggling with serious mental health problems. For example, when we feel depressed or overwhelmed by much schoolwork, we can always resort to clinical counselors at the mental health center. Counselors will comfort us and help us through hard time. There’s no shame to ask for help when we can’t take it.
Let’s all make a commitment to prioritize our mental health, and create a world where everyone can thrive mentally and emotionally. Thank you!
