Everyone had such an awesome International Day today celebrating our diverse and vibrant BSB community! 

The International Day was jointly organised by our dedicated Parents' and Teachers' Association (PTA) and the school. Students have the wonderful opportunity to get a taste of a wide range of culture, food and activities, thanks to our wonderful international families at BSB!

Parents were invited to join the Opening Ceremony, starting with the whole school parade that were represented by more than 60 nationalities, followed by the Dragon Dance and a selection of cultural performances by students and parents.  Everyone was encouraged to dress in their national attire or anything that represented their culture and identity.

Following the parade, students engaged in a carousel of activities and lessons with an international theme, and watched more cultural performances during lunch time. 

The favourite part of the day has got to be the chance to visit all the international booths, kindly prepared by about 100 parent volunteers. We've all learnt a lot from the amazing displays and decorations about what made each nationality special, and enjoyed sampling different cuisines from around the world too!
