铁艳
校长
铁艳校长拥有近30年高等教育国际化合作办学、中等教育国际化双语教育学校的管理经验。同时,铁校长在国际课程在大学、高中阶段实施,中西方课程的融合,跨文化交流、中外教团队管理等方面有着丰富的经验。铁校长曾主导实践了诸多国际课程与中国国家课程的融合。
铁艳校长曾担任北京知名私立中外合作大学副校长,曾就职于北师大二附中国际部,担任国际课程校长。铁校长致力于为中国的孩子提供优质的教育,坚信每一个孩子都可以通过教育而成长为独立优秀的个体。

Adrian Macaulay
教育总监/双语学校执行校长
Adrian校长是一位拥有超过30年丰富经验的教育者,持有英国国家校长从业证(NPQH),拥有体育教育硕士学位以及历史和经济学的本科学位。
他曾在阿布扎比的Al-Khubairat英国学校担任副校长,并于2006年前往卡塔尔继续担任Dukhan英国学校和Mesaid国际学校的校长职务。作为诺德安达教育集团成员,Macaulay先生在国际教学体系和国际资源应用方面拥有丰富的经验和巨大的成功。他曾在乌兹别克斯坦的塔什干英国学校担任校长一职,该校在他的领导下成为乌兹别克斯坦领先的国际学校。

Michael Kay
副校长
Michael副校长拥有25年以上国际教育教学及管理经验,曾任宁波协和外籍人员子女学校校长,同时在上海和厦门的上海协和国际学校担任重要管理职位。他在中国顶级国际学校的丰富经验令他能够充分的理解和从容应对中国教育领域独特的机遇和挑战。

刘莉
小学部/国家课程教学主任
刘莉主任毕业于中国人民大学,获得硕士学位,同时拥有中南大学的学士学位。她拥有13年国际和双语教育领域的教学经验和团队管理经验,熟悉国家课程体系和国际课程体系。刘莉主任也是一名资深的英语教师,曾在北京知名国际高中教授英语课程、托福课程、和ACT课程,并取得了出色的成绩。

德育主任

陈向华主任毕业于首都师范大学,获得法学学士学位。她于1991年开始从事中小学教育,至今已有33年的丰富经验。在过去的33年里,她一直从事政治课教学和德育工作,积累了丰富的经验和深刻的思考。她擅长应对各种德育教育中的疑难问题,坚持全人教育的理念,并注重家庭教育和学校教育的全方位合作。
陈向华主任还担任学校寄宿项目的负责人。她对为寄宿学生提供全面的人文心智关怀有着深入研究,并希望通过尽心了解学生在校学习和生活情况,制定个性化的方案,优化学生管理,助力学生获得全面的教育体验。

As the vibrant summer gradually fades away, a new semester is poised to unfold, and the beautiful campus eagerly awaits the return of each and every student. Since its commencement in September 2019, NAS Beijing Fangshan has undergone a smooth transition from its nascent stage to a phase of stability. In the just-concluded academic year, the school has made remarkable progress in team building, home-school collaboration, and academic curriculum. Grace Tie
Principal
Ms. Grace Tie carries about 30 years of experience in managing international cooperation in higher education and bilingual schools. With expertise in implementing international curricula at the university and high school levels, integrating Eastern and Western educational approaches, facilitating cross-cultural exchanges, and managing multicultural teaching teams, Ms. Grace Tie has extensive experience in merging international curricula with China's national curriculum.
Previously, Ms. Grace Tie served as the Vice Principal of a renowned private Sino-foreign university in Beijing and worked at the International Department of Beijing Normal University Second High School as the Principal of the international curriculum. Committed to providing quality education to Chinese students, Ms. Grace Tie firmly believes that every child can grow into an independent and outstanding individual through education.

Adrian Macaulay

Mr. Adrian Macaulay is an experienced educator, with 30 years of rich experience, including 24 years dedicated to education and management in Asian international schools. Mr. Adrian Macaulay holds a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from the United Kingdom, a Master's degree in Sports Education, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics.
He served as the Vice Principal of Al-Khubairat British School in Abu Dhabi and later assumed the role of Principal at Dukhan British School and Mesaid International School in Qatar since 2006. As a member of the Nord Anglia Education Group, Mr. Macaulay possesses extensive experience and remarkable success in educational systems and resources. He previously held the position of Principal at Tashkent British School in Uzbekistan, leading the school to become a premier international institution in the country.

Michael Kay
Vice Principal
Mr. Michael Kay has over 25 years of international education teaching and management experience. He has served as the Principal of United International School in Ningbo and held important management positions at Shanghai United International School in both Shanghai and Xiamen. His extensive experience in China's top international schools enables him to have a thorough understanding of and confidently respond to the unique opportunities and challenges in the Chinese education field.
Throughout Mr. Michael Kay’s career, he has demonstrated a strong belief in enhancing academic standards, improving teaching capabilities of the faculty, promoting student well-being, and creating a positive learning environment. He advocates for high-quality educational standards and has a wealth of successful experience in leading teaching teams to effectively improve student achievement.

Tina Liu
Assistant Head of Primary / National Curriculum
Ms. Tina Liu graduated from Renmin University of China with a master's degree and holds a bachelor's degree from Central South University. She has 13 years of teaching and team management experience in the field of international and bilingual education. She is familiar with both Chinese national curriculum and international curriculum. Tina is also an experienced English teacher who has taught English, TOEFL, and ACT courses at a renowned international high school in Beijing, achieving remarkable results.
Ms. Tina Liu is passionate about education and is highly dedicated to teaching work, with a knack for embracing challenges. She aims for the school to become a safe and enjoyable home for the children, where every child falls in love with learning and achieves comprehensive development in academics, character, and social skills.

David Burgin
Assistant Head of Secondary / International Curriculum
Mr. David Burgin graduated from Lancaster University in the UK with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in education. He has over 10 years of international education teaching and management experience, with extensive experience in teaching and managing IBMYP, IBDP, IGCSE, and A-Level courses.
Mr. David Burgin focuses on students' academic development and is committed to providing them with the best teaching practices. He strongly believes in the educational goals of the IB and Cambridge curriculum systems, and firmly believes that every student can have a personalized path that suits their own development, enabling them to excel, constantly surpass themselves, and ultimately achieve success.

Linda Zhang
Assistant Head of Moral Education
Ms. Linda Zhang graduated from Communication University of China and conducted a visiting study at Claremont University in the United States. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in education at King's College London, UK. She has extensive experience in teaching and management in international schools and has served as the executive principal of a renowned bilingual school in Beijing. She has rich successful experience in assisting schools in obtaining IBPYP, IBMYP, and WASC accreditation.
Ms. Linda Zhang has a profound understanding of international education and promoting the holistic development of students. Her first-hand teaching experience has always made her believe that interest is the best teacher, and teaching in accordance with students' aptitude is necessary to adapt to students of different ages and backgrounds. She hopes to use her professional expertise and passion for education to serve as a bridge, leading students to their ideal realm.

Christine Chen
Director of Extended Curriculum
Ms. Christine Chen graduated from Capital Normal University with a bachelor's degree in law. She has been engaged in primary and secondary education since 1991, accumulating rich experience over the past 33 years. Throughout her career, she has been teaching political science and moral education, accumulating extensive experience and profound insights. She excels in handling various challenging issues in moral education, adhering to the concept of holistic education, and emphasizing comprehensive cooperation between family education and school education.
Ms. Christine Chen also serves as the head of the school's boarding program. She has conducted in-depth research on providing comprehensive humanistic and mental care for boarding students. By sincerely understanding students' learning and living situations at school and developing personalized plans, she aims to optimize student management and support students in obtaining a comprehensive educational experience.
The Senior Leadership Team will lead all faculty and staff, working together to pursue the vision and mission of NAS Beijing Fangshan.
