On November 18, parents had a wonderful day with their children. They visited the classes, and felt the children's life at CISK. During the courses, parents can also feel the charm of personalized education.

This open day is establish home-school cooperation on the purpose of student development. Parents can have a more intuitive understanding of students and schools through open days.

As an IB world school, CISK has always followed the philosophy and practice of IBO that breaks the traditional barriers of the school. We always invite parents to participate in campus activities, enhance home-school communication, and collaborate to build a welcoming, caring, and truly international school community.

11月18日，CISK的家长和孩子们一起度过了美好的一天，他们进入课堂，与孩子们一起听课，真实感受了孩子们的校园生活。在课程中，家长们也能感受个性化教育的魅力所在。本次开放日活动，是将家校合作建立在学生发展的立场上，通过开放日这种生动有趣的形式，让家长们更加直观地了解学生、学校的情况。作为一所IB世界学校，我们始终遵循IBO的理念和实践，打破学校的传统壁垒，邀请家长参与到丰富的校园活动中，增进家校沟通，协同创建一个开放、关怀和真正的国际化校园社区。

Following the completion of the Middle Years Programme (MYP), CISK students move on to the IBDP for the last two years of their secondary education.

Grade 11 and Grade 12 have such an impact on the students’ future that it is essential to understand the structure, assessment, and benefits of the DP.

It is with that in mind that CISK hosted a special information session for Grade 10 students and their parents on November 18th.Parents and students posed their questions and shared any concerns that they had with our DP Coordinator. The latter reassured parents that each student would receive bespoke counselling for the selection of their DP subjects, as well as custom-made support for university applications.

For the DP cohort of August 2023, placement tests and interviews for admission into Grade 11 will take place in March 2023. All the necessary information will be communicated in due course. Students and parents are also welcome to contact the DP team anytime for enquiries.

On November 19, we invited prospective families to visit our campus and learn more about the school and its programs. Over 25 families came to the tours and presentation and were welcomed with snacks and coffee. After the presentation, the question and answer session gave them ample opportunity to ask about any topic from our language programs to our students’ wellbeing. We are very happy to see so many interested families and are already looking forward to the next session!
