Mr. Pare is originally from Toronto, Canada. He did his B.Ed at Brock University, Canada and his MA at Columbia University, USA. This school year will mark his 25th year in education as well as working and living abroad. Previous to coming to DAIS, Scott worked in Tianjin, China, Canada and South Korea. 
Scott is interested in data analysis and ways to improve student learning. His main responsibilities at DAIS include overseeing the curriculum, proficiency scales and assessments to be clearly articulated and mapped; working with departments for the yearly curriculum review cycle; and providing professional development centered around teaching and learning.
